About the Role:
The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to meet daily deliverables. Qualified candidates should have excellent organizational skills, strive for excellence and be detail oriented. The Zendesk Coordinator role is an integral part of Service Delivery primarily responsible for ticket assignments, ongoing monitoring of the ticketing system as well as performing other tasks and duties as assigned. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally to support all teams within Service Delivery
Maintain ticket queue integrity by ensuring tickets are assigned in proper queues
Create and support dashboard reports, as needed. Trend data and suggest proactive measures and service improvements based on analytics
Provide ideas and aid with the creation of documentation and training material for internal content
Maintain clear, concise, and positive communication for all cases in a prompt and efficient manner including follow-ups with team members, management, and technology
Other tasks and duties as assigned
Position Requirements/Desired Skills:
0-3 years experience
Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple ticket queues
Strong verbal and written communication skills needed
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Work effectively with a cross-functional team
Team player with a positive attitude
Initiative-taker attitude
Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment
Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products with an ability to quickly learn new software applications, specifically proprietary systems
