Position : Web and Product Content Administrator
SP Industries is seeking a Full Time Web & Product Content Administrator to join the team!
The Web and Product Content Administrator is responsible for managing database structure, PIM system and enriching product information and related digital assets in support of Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management and our Customers. As part of the Marketing team, you will be key in providing an engaging product experience to successfully sell our products across multiple sales channels from distribution to our own e-commerce. Your first major project will be supporting our new web site build and launch utilizing our new PIM.
This is a Remote Position – East Coast – US. Will require occasional travel to our Wayne, NJ office. Also some visits to our global headquarters in Warminster, Pa.

Ownership and daily management of product data and data asset systems, maintaining overall integrity and quality, ensuring that software is operating properly including backups, synchronization with website, graphics etc.
Working directly with top distributor partners to proactively populate new or review existing presentation of product content based on individual distributor requirements, provide new or updated content, and monitor implementation.
Maintaining integration and communication between web platforms and 3rd party software’s.
Resolving discrepancies between product data and integration with website orders.
Working with brand and Portfolio Managers to update/add products and make changes to database structure to support product content goals across internal and external platforms.
Working with outside vendors and internal IT support personnel to troubleshoot and resolve application and database related problems as well as software vendor to ensure that all software updates are properly installed and rolled out.
Assist with marketing efforts during major updates – upload creatives, set announcements, pricing, etc.
Skills & Requirements
Experience with PIM software platforms and data management
Experience with e-commerce
Experience with web analytics a plus
Experience with Python a plus, coding
Work in Perfion (PIM) a plus
Work in WorkArea (e-commerce platform) a plus
Ability to write database actions, script actions and XML
