Position : Warehouse and Administrative Assistant
Description :
We are looking for a responsible person to perform a variety of administrative, material handling, and inventory control tasks. Data entry includes, but is not limited to, processing invoices, transferring material from inventory to jobs, and updating inventory counts. This person will also perform inventory counts, and assist with receiving and staging material for jobs. Occasionally the employee will drive a company vehicle to pick up or deliver material. If you have previous experience as an administrative assistant, warehouse personnel, and/or familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Warehouse Administrative Assistant would be helping to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse.
Skills
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or warehouse personnel
Working knowledge of office equipment
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Driver’s license
High School degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
