Job Description:
The Growth Segment Marketing team is responsible for delivering incremental growth across three strategic customer cohorts including family banking, lower mass/underbanked and affluent. Core to achieving its goal is the ability to effectively bridge marketing lifecycle disciplines (Acquisitions, Shopping and Onboarding and Engagement) with its cross functional and cross line of business partners.
The Affluent Segment Marketing team is seeking a talented, energetic, data-driven marketing leader focused on driving product awareness and consideration, evolving customer-centric marketing and deepening with existing customers to make Chase their primary financial partner. This segment represents 25M US households with investable assets between $500K and $5M, half of which are existing Chase customers.
This candidate will flex across the customer journey, creating synergized end-to-end (E2E) experiences that contribute toward acquisition, engagement and retention with direct ownership of :
Identifying new opportunities and strategies to scale account, deposit and investment volumes
Evolving design target, customer insights, and RTBs
Managing E2E customer touch points and continuity across customer lifecycle and channel
Designing E2E segment-level marketing plans and performance across customer journey
Development of segment-specific product features
Achieving growth product OKRs, particularly those that are Marketing-related
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Translate business priorities into integrated strategies that drive conversion, revenue growth, and product/brand affinity
Develop and implement new strategies in support of a test and learn roadmap designed to drive measurable growth and customer experience improvements
Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and reduce friction through competitive intelligence, data inputs and consumer insights
Use best practices, test results, customer journey mapping and research to optimize and elevate the customer experience
Build and refine audience design target in lock-step with customer needs and new product development
Act as lead partner with segment analytics, customer experience, research insights and cross LOB partners in Auto, Card, Home Lending and Wealth Management

Qualifications:
Undergraduate or advanced degree in Marketing, Advertising, Analytics, or Finance
7+ years of relevant experience in marketing and financial services
Candidate is viewed as top-tier talent, as demonstrated by performance history and educational background/accomplishments
Ability to work in large and medium sized project teams, as self-directed contributor with a proven track record of being detail orientated, innovative, creative, and strategic
Influencer with great interpersonal skills and proven ability to achieve alignment across a range of different views and interests
Excellent communicator able to convey complex information in an understandable, compelling, and persuasive manner to senior executives
Strong aptitude for technical concepts and ideas
