Ideal candidates would be familiar with and excellent candidates would be experienced in outdoor hospitality and campground management. Independence and autonomy are key traits of a successful Transition Success Manager.
Your responsibilities would involve systematizing the processes of onboarding new properties, increasing revenue streams, building culture, developing management and coaching systems, and budget management. Beyonder Camp has a goal to manage and franchise 500 outdoor hospitality destinations in the next 5 years. Job Requirements:

Inspire Staff and Park Managers to meet the sales and service goals of the company.
Organizational skills to set priorities, monitor progress, and react to changing circumstances and to assist in problem-solving and decision-making.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience.
Frequent travel and extended temporary deployments at new properties being onboarded is a requirement of this position.
Ability to work as a team member and to work independently when required.
Preferred Work History: management and sales experience, maintenance experience, tourism, hospitality, or customer service.
Basic Job Requirements:
Team operation – The Transition Success Manager is responsible for properly staffing Beyonder properties, to include the hiring and onboarding of on-site managers and staff. They will assist the on-site manager in hiring and designating Guest Service and Maintenance Supervisors, and will be responsible for setting Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for success. The Transition Success Manager will lead the on-site manager in producing the staff schedule, reviewing time cards, and approving payroll.
Marketing and Guest Relations – The Transition Success Manager is responsible for training on-site managers in best practices for disseminating important information and promotions, overseeing a regularly scheduled calendar of events, promoting said events to the general public, and interfacing with feedback.
Guest Relations – The Transition Success Manager must understand and have a working knowledge of the systems and processes involved in the Guest Relations section. The Transition Success Manager will lead on-site managers toward our goal of 5-Star guest experiences.
Growth and Expansion – As the Beyonder brand grows and provides third-party management services to other campground owners, the Transition Success Manager will assist in the onboarding and launch into each new member of the Beyonder family of outdoor hospitality properties.
Employment Information:
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Travel will be required and may occur frequently. The Transition Success Manager will travel to newly onboarded properties and will assist with the staffing, systems and operation of the property. Assignments may be between 30 and 60 days and may take place back-to-back.
Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and desired level of employment.
