Technology Recruiting Specialist (5+ years’ experience)
Salary: Will be commensurate on experience.

Must have a strong Sfafffing Agency backgroung. Talent Aquistion professionals will not be considered unless they have no desire to be in TA.
Must show at least 2-3 years at a staffing agency, showing stablity and success.
Must have strong sales acumen.
Must be well organized and have a proactive approach, with the ability to work independently.
Must have a winning, positive attitude.
Strong problem solving, persistence, and be relentless to want to win.
Strong Customer Services Skills.
Strong technology skills to use the PC as a tool to make money.
Strong desire to earn!
Should have the ability to work both Full time and Contract positions. (Must have a proven background on either side. We will train on the other)

Responsibilities include:

Attend weekly meetings to discuss initiatives.
Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
Video screen all candidates.
Video with all candidates for interview Preps.
Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers.

Job brief:

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from sourcing to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and supporting hiring managers.
If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles preferability in IT and have recruited for various fields and seniority levels, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.


Publish job ads in various portals/social media.
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings


5+ years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, supporting Technology initiatives.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, Jobadder experience would be considered a plus.
Recent hands-on experience working with LinkedIn and Indeed.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github, and Stack Overflow.
Self driven.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
