Your Job

The Team Lead position is part of the Client Strategy & Insights (CSI) team and broader Sales Strategy team. As a Team Lead, you be a player-coach and will both own a small book of business and lead a team of Analytical Leads, who are aligned to Indeed’s highest potential revenue Enterprise accounts, and are tasked with supporting these Fortune 500 companies to make their next great hires through Indeed. By creating innovative data analytics and narratives, they will help the Sales & CS team identify opportunities for performance improvement, make data-driven arguments for your recommendations, and help the team hit their revenue goals. This high visibility role requires a self-motivated and proactive leader with a passion for business development, excellent people management, critical thinking, problem-solving capabilities and the drive and energy to execute rapidly.

Beyond base salary, this role is also eligible for a quarterly and annual bonus structure that is sizable


Lead a team of CSI Analytical Leads to ensure excellence in the delivery of data driven analytics and insights to guide client investments across multiple products, solving for the client’s goals and objectives
Coach your team to account plan and prioritize accounts, execute flawlessly, problem solve, analyze data and develop solutions that encourage sales to optimize revenue potential
Responsible for a small subset of clients directly providing full service analytics and client engagement to help our clients realize the best value from the Indeed platform
Contribute to a cohesive team environment and utilize coaching and feedback to improve performance while having the confidence and knowledge to influence others in a changing environment
Takes accountability for self and team and is receptive to feedback in order to minimize errors and improve the quality of work
Present actionable recommendations to Sales leadership and/or clients
Create and test new methodologies/techniques to answer client-driven analytical questions
Leverage existing analysis and optimize their application across a large book of business via focused book design/segmentation
Partner with Enterprise Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to develop scalable tools to bring full analytical capabilities of Indeed to customer
Serve as subject matter expert in helping create scalable methodologies
Independently manage all projects, deadlines and stakeholder relationships with timely delivery of ad-hoc requests. Key emphasis on sophisticated output that is easy to digest
Build a wide network of relationships across Indeed and with external clients
Ideate and help in cultivating innovative ideas to help solve client problems through data driven approaches

Who You Are


Bachelor’s degree with quantitative coursework (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Business Management) or equivalent practical experience
5+ years in an analytical role in Consulting, Technology, Finance, or Sales/Marketing Analytics
Experience with data modeling, including statistical analysis and return on investment analysis
Strong analytical problem-solving skills: ability to break down problems, analyze large datasets
Technical skills (SQL, Tableau, Python or similar) both for analysis and presentation applications
Self directed with the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment; comfortable with ambiguity
Effective presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
Track record of working cross-functionally

Desired Skills:

5+ years in Analytical role, MBA
Experience managing direct reports
Experience with search performance analytics and brand measurement analysis (funnels)
Experience advising clients on how to increase their performance / drive ROI
Familiarity with recruiting industry and associated advertising agencies
Familiarity with Salesforce

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

US Remote 110,000 – 153,000 USD per year
