Company Description:
We (Positive Directions) are always looking for qualified individuals who are committed to teaching students how to become responsible for their actions and to use conflict resolution strategies when they are faced with the many conflicts that may arise. These individuals (Stuwith little to no notice, and dent Interventionist/Rescue Relief Member) must be capable of working as a behavior specialist and/or student support interventionist in schools. This candidate would be utilized on an as needed only basis, who would be willing to provide services are capable and willing to receiving phone calls as early as 5:00 am.

Student Interventionist/Rescue Relief Member Responsibilities and Duties:

De-escalation and “time-out” students, for the purpose of modifying the students’ behavior and emotional needs so that they can return to the learning environment.

Specific duties for each position may vary from school to school as designed by building administrators.

Provide the appropriate paperwork required by the “Positive Directions II, LLC” Supervisor in a timely manner.

Adhere to all policies and procedure of the school assigned to as well as the hiring company.

Requirements:
Student Interventionist/Rescue Relief Member Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or GED required.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in working with students (in a school setting preferred).
Have the knowledge and skills to work with students and appropriately employ De-escalation, re-directions or crisis reduction strategies when appropriate.
Demonstrate the ability to be a team player and work under the daily supervision of professional school staff.
Sterventionember Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or GED required.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in working with students (in a school setting preferred).
