Position : Sales Operations Manager
IntelliSource is seeking a
Sales Operations Manager to join and oversee our expanding team. The
Sales Operations Manager will be assisting our client, a market leader in life sciences, diagnostics and applied chemical analysis. You will be responsible for driving key metrics and sales quotas, the management of business operations, meeting business goals, managing client and team relations, and aligning workflow and goals at the direction of the Sr Sales and Operations Manager. This position and team are remote, so a familiarity with management of a remote workforce is preferred, but not mandatory.
Scope of Responsibility:
Oversees business operations of sales department
Establishes and maintains a positive relationship with client and staff
Evaluates and manages Key Performance Indicators to ensure business goals are met
Evaluates financial reports and facilitates business objectives
Manages multiple teams with different business functions
Monitors quality and provides guidance to team members
Develops and implements employee retention programs and initiatives
Coaches, develops and conducts reviews for employees
Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Business or Science
Knowledge of sales
Ability to identify and implement Key Performance Indicators
Impeccable balance in providing customer support while ensuring a positive customer experience
1-3 years in management or strong understanding of management consulting, client delivery and the importance of meeting or exceeding client expectations
Strong reporting background with experience in Business Objects, BI or Qlik
CRM experience (or similar) and well-versed in navigating CRM
Important Skills and Traits:
Pharmaceutical, medical, life sciences, biotech, aerospace, government or defense experience a plus
Strong problem resolution skills
Extroverted and social personality who knows how to manage all personality types
Strong understanding of how to manage personality conflicts
