Description :
Shift: 1st 8 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday
Pay: $20-30/Hr depending on Experience (Overtime Available)

Job Description:
Will be responsible for the procurement of both raw materials and resale items, including transportation, creating purchase orders, cycle counting inventories, and proactive ordering based on historical usage
Manage the purchase order system by creating and sending PO’s and entering receivables into the system when they arrive
Work with freight companies to ensure timely deliveries
Manage required inventories
Assist dispatch with their functions, including printing and sorting delivery tickets, processing pallet returns, and setting up delivery appointments
Keep safety records and run monthly safety reporting
Keep documentation of safety and quality trainings
Maintain updated safety binders and OSHA record keeping compliance
Record metrics into databases
Requirements / Education / Experience
Associate’s Degree or equivalent in academic background and experience or training
Experience with data entry preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
Detail-oriented with a dedication to continuous improvement and team building
Excellent verbal, written communications and presentations skills
Ability to work with and through other company administrative, production and technical personnel at all levels to achieve plant and corporate goals
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software
You should be proficient in:
Scheduling Experience
Lean Manufacturing Principles
Analysis Programs
Budgeting / Forecasting Experience
Salary info:
$20 – $30 / hr
