Is currently seeking a Full time RN-Unit Manager to join our team in Wilmington, DE.Required Skills: Long Term Care – 3 years RN experience
Self-starter
Detailed & organized
Computer skills – PCC (Point Click Care)
Excellent Communication Skills
Team Player – able to work with all staff members, residents, families & physicians
As a Unit Manager you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for caring out your assigned duties.
The Unit Manager (RN) preferred is accountable for resident and family satisfaction and service excellence. Plans, directs, and ensures implementation of all nursing services on their assigned unit, in accordance with established rules, regulations and standards of practice. Supervises and monitors staff on unit. Ensures continuity of resident care and is accountable for the safety and care of the residents.Kentmere offers: *High patient/family satisfaction ratings

Pay: $44.00 per hour
