Description :
Summary:
This position is responsible for providing nursing care/health services/health education and guidance o employed, non-employed and prospective associates/students of Beebe Healthcare and related entities.
Other information:
Minimum two years acute care facility nursing experience.Occupational Health experience preferred.Ability to frequently respond to and withstand crisis situations. Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions.
Responsibilities:
Pre-employment and periodic assessments.
Urine drug screen testing per Drug and Alcohol policy.
Student services for School of Nursing onboarding which include health evaluations and other mandatory testing.
Worker’s Compensation treatment of injured and or ill team members as appropriate. Reviewing and completion of the Safety Tracking component to assure all incidents are reviewed and administered by the Employee Leave and Worker’s Compensation Case Manager.
Non-work-related illness.
Return to work notice of team members post leave of absence due to injury or illness with notification to appropriate departments of clearance.
Evaluation of the modified duty needs of the healthcare team members.
Infectious Disease monitoring and reporting.
Bloodborne pathogen and body fluid exposure. Evaluate for potential exposure and manage case for follow up lab work and or medication requirements.
Respiratory Protection program- clearance, training and fit testing on annual basis.
Vaccination programs • Management of EHS records.
Wellness and EAP promotion
Credentials:
Essential:
RN – Registered Nurse
BLS – Basic Life Saving certification
Competencies and skills:

Has Skills To Provides Customer Service To Patients, Team Members And Visitors
