Republican Field Organizer (Bilingual) Summary:
This is a position working on the top targeted political campaign in America, turning out Republican voters. Field Organizers will use their strong communication skills to communicate directly with critical voters to ensure voters make it out to vote in upcoming elections.
Prior political experience is required. This job requires travel. Ideal candidates will have experience in positions that require direct communication with customers, clients, or the general public such as sales, marketing, and customer service.
Successful Field Organizers will have opportunities to immediately work on the highest-profile campaigns across the country and continue over the course of the 2022 election cycle if they are interested.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Personable and willing to engage voters
Ability to be outside knocking on doors on a daily basis.
Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking voters.
Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the US
Sales, customer service, field, or campaign experience is preferred but not required
