Purpose:The Recruiter is responsible for driving all facets of recruiting success throughout the Hospice Program. The Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.Job Description: :
Establishes open positions by meeting with managers to discuss their recruitment needs.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
Determines applicant requirements by understanding job descriptions and job qualifications.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
Attend and schedule community job fairs as needed.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or have at least 1-3 years Recruiting experience
Familiar with the legal aspects of hiring and interviewing
Able to handle multiple tasks
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Strong Customer Service experience
Computer literate in the current version of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Job Type: Full-time
