Job Description
The Real Estate Sales Analyst manages and analyzes the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools as well as the lead system platforms. The incumbent is also responsible for the implementation and administration of various real estate sales materials and projects. Partnering closely with Marketing and Real Estate Lending Administration, this position takes a proactive approach in leading projects supported by data in the CRM to further assist the Real Estate sales teams in meeting STCU’s strategic initiatives.
Core Job Requirements/Outcomes

Be the primary user of the CRM and lead system platforms by overseeing and administering access rights, providing training to sales staff, conducting trend analysis and providing recommendations to the sales staff and the management team to increase production.
Maintain supply of effective marketing materials by managing current inventory and partnering with sales staff and STCU’s marketing department in the development and implementation of new materials.
Coordinate promotional events and activities for the Real Estate team in STCU’s various markets by partnering and assisting the credit union’s Community Development Officers.
Monitor lead generation system and provide recommendations in order to ensure proper technology is utilized by coordinating with the Lending Administration team.

Other Essential Functions

Assist with the on-boarding process of new Home Loan Officers and Loan Officer Assistants.
Support the Real Estate sales teams with marketing requests and needs.
Maintain a working knowledge of STCU’s mortgage products, services, and programs in addition to the credit union’s entire product suite.
Provide support to all of the Real Estate sales teams as needed by leading or participating in activities that develop new key relationships and/or activities that help drive mortgage production.

Qualifications
Education: 4 year degree in business administration or related field required or equivalent work experience.
Job Experience: Minimum two (2) years of real estate, mortgage, business development and analysis, or marketing experience required.
Software Skills: Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. Minimum one (1) year experience in database management or CRM software preferred.
Physical Demands: Must be able to regularly talk, hear and operate a computer, keyboard and mouse and occasionally lift, pull/push and carry up to 10 pounds with accommodations.
Work Conditions: Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds at a low or moderate level consistent with an office setting. Exposure to high-stress, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Travel Demands: Able to travel to different markets as needed.
