Position : Proposal Coordinator
Description :
We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills to work with the Proposal Manager and VP of Business Development to increase and streamline the proposal process.
Duties would include but are not limited to:
Coordinate with Division Leads and Project Managers
Maintain excel spreadsheet with Teaming details; client, items requested, assignments, due dates
File all final documents in SharePoint
Prepare routine forms and certifications for proposal submittals
Assist in RFP research and recommendations
Schedule proposal kick-off meetings do agendas, take notes
Proofread for typos and other errors
Research selected websites for RFPs.
Skills necessary:
Marketing or Journalism degree
Creativity
Communicate well on phone and in writing
