Description :

Develop detailed project plans with delivery leads and maintain updates
Create and maintain program-specific content in Confluence, Microsoft Teams
Develop multi-quarter roadmaps with team. Establish and maintain product portfolios in Jira
Act as communications lead for the team, developing Line of Business specific communications plans and delivering messaging for all levels of the organization
Manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), product dashboard, other program artifacts
Manage and track team OKR’s, provide content for management reviews, as needed
Conduct team retrospectives, compiling and distilling content for team and senior management presentation
Oversee delivery of multiple work streams coordinating across firm wide stakeholders
Ensuring deliverables are tracked in line with due dates and stakeholder expectations

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills
10 years experience managing large scale transformational programs
Advanced MS Project and program management skills with a demonstrated ability for project/ program tracking tools (RAID, dashboard, roadmaps)
Advanced communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization (Heads of Technology, end users, etc.)
Experience creating and modifying presentations in MS PowerPoint. Able to effectively coach others on summarizing messages
Intermediate to advanced skill level in Jira
Working knowledge of Confluence with ability to build delivery/ informational websites
Results-driven individual who is passionate about quality and engaging directly with delivery teams while maintaining a broader program view
Change agent (willing to challenge the status quo); strong drive for continuous improvement
Ability to manage multiple in-flight responsibilities and a high volume of detailed work effectively
Ability to navigate effectively, building partnerships in a highly collaborative and complex environment that demands exceptional communication skills
Strategic thinker complemented by tactical initiative
Preferred knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL based practices
