Job Description:
You are:
A driven individual who will be responsible for complex pricing analyses as well as the coordination of all initiatives associated with pricing or changes to pricing of services provided by the Commerce Services Group within Pitney Boxes. Has broad interaction with various departments to consider technical, account management and sales sensitivities and builds significant credibility with all parties by providing thoughtful, data supported pricing recommendations
Your background:
As a Pricing Analyst, you have:
3 to 5 years of experience in the following areas: pricing, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling as well as strong business acumen.
The ability to be detail oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have a quick ramp on the existing client base and the costs of the underlying business
Strong skills in analyzing activities, interpreting financial/operating results and developing alternatives
Strong skills in use of Microsoft Excel
Solid skills in written and oral communication
Experience in pricing products or services
Knowledge of windows-based operating systems environments, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle/Essbase, Access, MS Office
Knowledge of cost management/activity analysis and forecasting
Knowledge of computer modeling and financial forecasting
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus
