We are a family owned and operated small business that is growing fast. Servicing customers throughout Delaware we have an immediate opening in New Castle County. Compensation based on experience.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Field Technician you will be responsible to operate a service vehicle safely.
Manage a service schedule on a daily basis
Effectively and professionally communicate with customers and office staff
Inspect specific areas
Identify pests and pest related issues
Communicate and document your findings with the use of a computer and cell phone
Provide solutions by evaluating and selecting proven pest control methods to residential and commercial properties
Ability to work unsupervised and get the job done
Required Qualifications:
At least two years of pest control experience.
Must have a valid drivers license with a clean history.
The ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pass a background check and drug test.
Minimum Experience/Education:
High School diploma or equivalency
Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
We provide all training for the applicable laws, regulations and inspection/service procedures through the combination of classroom, print, tutorial and on-the-job training.

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
