Woods Machinery is seeking a Parts Coordinator / Service Writer Advisor to join our rapidly growing group of equipment dealerships at our Bear, Delaware location (Bobcat of New Castle). The Woods Machinery group of dealerships has locations in Freehold, NJ / Green Brook, NJ and Bear, DE.

Responsibilities:
· Assist walk-in customers
· Answer incoming calls and process orders
· Process parts orders for technicians
· Maintain replenishment stock for service trucks
· Process claims for damaged product and follow up on back orders
· Put away in coming stock orders
· Prepare outgoing shipments and post freight
· Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
· Open work repair orders by accurately describing symptoms, problems, and causes, as well as repairs and services requested: obtain approval signatures
· Check equipment maintenance records and service schedules
· Verify warranty and service contract coverages; explain provisions and exclusions
. check in and unload deliveries and maintain yard
· Maintain a positive customer relationship by explaining estimates and expected completion times; obtain customer approval of estimates; obtain contact information; answer questions and concerns; arrange trucking of equipment as needed
· Additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications &Skills:
· 1+ years’ experience in construction equipment or automotive parts & service preferred with the ability to learn the industry – this is a non-management position
· Strong customer service and salesmanship skills
· Computer skills required
· Multi-task capabilities
· Must pass background and drug test”Work Remotely

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
