Description :
Operations Manager (Lead Admin Tech/Management):
An Operations Manager, oversees the company’s organizational processes and adds improvements to it. Main duties include overseeing the administrative technical, office administration and human resources teams in daily operations, implementing policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels while building an enjoyable company culture. Operations Manager answers directly to the Director of Operations /COO.
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
Assist in making important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures including software and hardware.
Administrate Front Office development and management.
Administrate HR development and management.
Administrate Administrative Technician development and management.
Administrate Skilled (Tech) and General Labor development and management.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Work with the stakeholders to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
Support worker communication with the management team.
Administrate job creation/ documentation/ updates.
Administrate input of weekly/daily schedule into calendar.
Assist AR/AP for future roles.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,895.00 – $62,895.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
Bonus pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
United States: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Application Question(s):
3 years Construction Management also acceptable
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Maintenance Management: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
Driver’s License (Preferred)
Work Location: Multiple Locations
