Description :
Come join our TEAM! We are a state of the art, multi-specialty ophthalmology practice located in Wilmington, Delaware with over 70 years of experience, and we are looking for an energetic and professional team player to join our Patient Services Department.
Responsibilities will include:
Answer phones, take/return messages in a friendly and courteous manner.
Responsible for scheduling patient appointments for 16 physicians.
Greet and check in patients for appointments.
Make outbound calls to patients as needed.
Ensure accurate collection and data entry of demographic, financial and insurance information.
Relay relevant information to patients regarding scheduling and payment policies.
Protect patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
Other clerical duties as assigned.
