We are in search of a highly motivated Maintenance team member that can help build our systems and is willing to commit themselves to completely own all aspects of building upkeep, growth, and customer service needs. In this role you will support daily operation, maintenance, and repairs of a 120,000 square foot athletic facility, as well as all plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. A successful candidate must have a working knowledge of building operational systems to ensure maximum up time on all systems and equipment. This job is hands on and requires the successful individual to perform all daily, weekly upkeep including oversight and maintenance of pool facilities. Acts on any conditions within the property that are out of the ordinary. Looking for a proven ability to manage a wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled building maintenance and repair tasks as well as all administrative responsibilities for the Maintenance departments, including, ordering, vendor relations and budget management.
