Rockwell Medical is looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinking and highly motivated candidate for the position of Inside Sales Representative, Domestic/International in the metro Detroit area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Seek prospective customers from initial sales to building long term relationships.
Research and qualify prospect customers.
Manage and continue to service current accounts as well as new accounts, which include order fulfillment, preparing correspondence, maintaining complete and accurate customer files while following standard operating procedures.
Engage with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
Keep detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
Contract management consisting of managing contract creation, execution, and analysis.
Maintain knowledge of competitors and their presence in assigned territory.
Must be able to prioritize issues and tasks, have an appropriate sense of urgency, and elevate concerns as required.
Complete order entry, departmental distribution, and shipping schedules within a specific time frame.
Processes returned goods, delivery complaints, and nonconformance procedures with complete follow through.
Relies on limited instructions post-training and follows established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Monitor, evaluate, and report level of client satisfaction and recommend appropriate corrective action as required.
The ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong work ethic, a passion for self-improvement and a tenacity to out-work the competition by exceeding set sales goals and quarterly quotas and provide excellent customer service.
Proven inside sales experience with experience sourcing new sales opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, email, and networking.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Associates Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience with 2-4 years of experience in sales.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), persuasion, negotiation, presentation, client relationship, and strong listening skills are critical.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software and systems.
Service-oriented and able to resolve internal and external conflicts promptly and efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to accomplish goals under short deadlines, changing priorities and minimal resources.
Excellent time management, project management, experience with reports, and customer service skills.

Education, Qualifications and Additional Details
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Proficiency with al MS Office Application, especially Excel.
Strong organizational, time management and presentation skills.
Proven agility to collaborate across multiple organizational structures
Exceptional communication skills
Able to work in high pressure situations in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills
Creative problem-solving capabilities
Able to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
Bilingual is a plus
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
