The Inpatient Rehab Nurse Manager will join a facility that offers multiple services including Cancer, Heart & Vascular, Surgical Services, Women’s Health and many more.
The Senior Nurse Manager of Inpatient Rehab allocates resources to promote efficient, safe and high quality care based on the professional standards and scopes of nursing practice and mission of the organizations. Under the supervision of the Director and supported by a strong team, the Inpatient Rehab Nurse Manager oversees the day to day operations of the department for the 40-bed unit with 60+ FTE’s. The Lead Nurse Manager will also maintain oversight and evaluation of Core Measures and quality processes that are governed by our regulatory agencies.
This healthcare facility received the Gold Seal of Approval from the Joint Commission and is looking for an Inpatient Rehab Nurse Manager that has their BSN, MSN is preferred. 5 years of nursing experience within the specialty and an additional 2 years in a leadership role is required.
