Requirements
Knowledge of irrigation systems and procedures.
Strong verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively delegate and share responsibilities and tasks with other team members.
A positive attitude that supports our team’s overall mission and core values..
Duties
Record and maintain appropriate records for daily activities.
Maintain and care for company equipment, tools and vehicles.
Maintain a clean and safe job site and assist in keeping an orderly and stocked equipment trailer.
Understand and meet project schedule deadlines without sacrificing excellent customer service and quality.
Manage employees through all phases of project.
Communicate with Clients through all phases of project.
