Position : Inside Sales Representative – County Materials
Description :

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative team member in the Landscape & Masonry division for our customer, County Materials in Appleton, WI.

Inside Sales Representatives develop growth opportunities for existing customer accounts, generates new business, and serves walk in customers.
Job Duties:
Maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue
Working in conjunction with local, regional, and national promotional efforts within masonry and paving
Working closely with customers and contractors to select products that best fit their needs
Responsible for assisting customers with loading purchased materials – includes operating yard equipment as needed
Develop and update location product displays
Will require high attention to detail with sales transactions and reconciliation
Other administrative duties will be required as needed
Work Environment:
Work in an office environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to handle samples and product up to 40 lbs.
Experience & Qualifications:
Experience with Masonry/Hardscape product lines – preferred but not required
Retail or Sales experience
Working knowledge and computer proficiency
Able to multi task while working in a fast paced environment
Effective time management skills
High sales aptitude, self-motivated
Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
Effective team interaction skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong mathematical skills
Work independently, with little supervision
