Hamra seeks a full-time Entry-level Human Resource Business Partner that lives in the Columbia/Jeff City are. This position oversees the hiring of Wendy’s and Noodles & Company Managers in 38 Wendy’s and 8 Noodles locations from Springfield to KC, St. Louis and Columbia. 85-90% of work may be done from home. They will also assist our managers with tools, tips, and materials for the hiring of hourly restaurant staff. In conjunction to recruiting, this position will also assist with employee relations and investigations. Travel up to one overnight per month.
The best fit candidate will be a fierce recruiter with a desire to learn HR practices. We will train on all policies and procedures as it relates to state and federal laws. This position will report to the Sr. VP of Human Resources which will be an active resource for questions, but the best candidate must be self-motivated/high energy and be able to think outside the box. We seek a partner in causing the best work environment for our restaurants to our offices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
