Description:Performs requirements analysis, applies human engineering requirements, analyzes results, develops human engineering reports, provides innovative tools and techniques to improve user performance, ability to work effectively across programs and teams. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree or professional experience in a related engineering field of study. Analytic and basic math skills. User experience and user interface concepts. Desired Skills: Military warfare and mission concepts. Operational understanding of weapon system capability for US Navy ships, land sites, and aircraft. Understanding of controls for Unmanned Vehicles and operation of Cyber security controls and reports.
