Overview:

This is a REMOTE position.

The goal of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team at Mercy is to work across TA, its partners, and stakeholders to ensure best-in-class recruiting processes, systems, and tools are in place for recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.

The Talent Selection Innovation Analyst role is broad in scope, an environment where self-starters and curious learners will thrive! The team works on initiatives that fall into 5 key operational areas: (1) project management and technical implementations, (2) budget management and planning, (3) quality control and compliance, (4) assessment and selection, and (5) recruitment marketing.

This role will report to the Director of Talent Selection- Innovation and will play an integral part in driving strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience desired preferably with working knowledge of programmatic advertising. Experience leading technical implementations of tools integrating with an ATS strongly preferred.
Required Education: Bachelors’ degree in business or HR is preferred
Other:
A critical thinker who can clearly and concisely communicate and influence decisions with data and logic.
Candidates with a natural bend towards learning and who are self-motivated will be the most successful in this role.
Requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet or exceed deadlines in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset and prioritization skills will be essential to a high performer in this role.
A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
