This full-service facility offers a wide array of specialty services including surgical OR, emergency services ER, cardiology, women’s services OB, and orthopedics.
The Hospital Property Manager will report directly to the Director of Facilities. The Hospital Property Manager will assess options and opportunities to maximize return and investments as well as the overall value of the facility’s real estate portfolio and financial assets. The Hospital Property Manager will manage and implement long-term strategies, policies, and processes to maximize returns.
The Hospital Property Manager will formulate and utilize business plan objectives. The Hospital Property Manager will be responsible for lease management and property maintenance management throughout the healthcare system.
