Description :
Bidermann Golf Club is the private 18-hole golf course of Vicmead Hunt Club. The course is located in the rolling countryside hills next to Winterthur Gardens property (15 minutes north of the city of Wilmington).
Bidermann Golf Course is seeking individuals within the Grounds and Agronomy operation for seasonal employment. Come join our enjoyable, team-focused work environment!
Experience and Availability:
Experience is preferred but not required.
Full-time seasonal, part-time, and flex scheduling options are available.
Seasonal positions are available from March through November.
Compensation and Benefits:
$17.00-$18.00/hour (based on experience and commitment i.e. full time seasonal vs. part time seasonal) – opportunities for overtime each week.
Uniform attire provided.
Employee lunch.
Golfing privileges with approval of your immediate supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Mowing a broad range of turf playing surfaces.
Bunker maintenance and grooming.
Equipment operation after proper training and certification.
Assisting in golf course construction projects targeted during the Spring and Fall seasons.
Various other detail-oriented duties.
Available to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
Possess reliable transportation.
Support a safe working atmosphere.
You must be dependable, cooperative, and supportive of a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
Capable to walk three miles per day.
Ability to lift, carry, pull, or push objects up to 50 pounds or more.
Readiness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
Your employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug test and background check submission.
