Job Summary:
The Loan Consultant’s most important role is to work with our clients to help them achieve top performance on the Fiserv Premier® (Navigator®) Core Loan platform. Our home office is in Hickman, NE, however, we are looking to hire remote and/or in-office Loan Consultants with a travel or non-travel option. There are many other responsibilities, but they all revolve around this core mission…which is a pretty awesome mission. Other responsibilities include researching system reports and evaluating our client’s systems, troubleshooting issues, articulating solutions and best practices, partnering to ensure progress on deliverables, creating meaningful resources, staying on top of industry information, and generating new client relationships. Ideal candidates would have a strong knowledge of the Fiserv Premier® Core software.
Common Responsibilities:
Articulate Peak Consulting values and services to prospective clients
Research and analyze system reports to determine efficiency gaps
Deliver effective and relevant Loan software solutions
Travel to client locations and manage itinerary, expenses, and reports
Safeguard sensitive client and company information
Help cultivate a fun and productive work culture
Learn new software functionality
Train clients and other staff members on various subjects
Speak to small groups and manage projects
Answer customer support inquiries
Responsible for developing existing relationships and generating new business

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Management, Information Systems, or equivalent

Ability to think “outside the box” and be creative
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Remote and in-office positions available.
Travel and non-travel positions available.
Willingness to build client base and participate in nationwide client events
Possesses a strong client center focus
Preferred Experience (not required for application review):
Core software conversions
Loan operations experience within a bank
Knowledgeable in Escrow processing
Business Analytics® experience
