Do you have a passion for data analysis and process optimization? At CVS Health you can put your skills and interests to work by joining our Financial Change Order (FCO) group. An individual who joins our team will be responsible for building and maintaining business rules and processes to ensure client change requests are financially assessed before implementation. As a FCO Analyst, you would evaluate what areas of CVS Health are impacted by various change requests submitted by sales (or others) and, working with internal partners, determine which changes are likely impactful, route the change requests that need additional analysis and documenting standard operating procedures and approval flows. The individual would also assist in developing a technology solution to automate and efficiently route many of these requests. The teams primary goal is to ensure proper financial controls and improve CVS Caremark client level financial performance by placing proper controls around implementation of programs or changes to a client’s benefit or formulary design. The Financial Change Analyst will… o Be responsible for evaluating a change’s potential financial impact using existing models or by working with internal partners. o Support the development of new tools to automate some reviews and approvals of various client changes or product implementations o Access data via Excel and SQL tools such as SAS o Coordinate the efforts across company teams that can include Sales, ANCS, Clinical Ops, Underwriting, and other departments to ensure proper controls are in place to review changes to a client’s benefit design, formulary or implementation of a product Required Qualifications o Completed Bachelor’s degree required o 0 – 2 + years professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing, or process improvement role or equivalent combination of professional experience and education COVID Requirements COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement CVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Preferred Qualifications o Degree related to finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, epidemiology, economics or other data related fields preferred o Experience in Microsoft Excel-based analysis and SQL preferred o Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and follow up skills. o Prior experience or knowledge of PBM industry or pharmaceuticals is preferred o Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and manage tight deadlines and competing priorities o Prior experience working across many different groups within an organization o Prior experience designing, implementing and optimizing new business processes o Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to various business groups o Ability to interact with others in a collegial and professional manner and help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing to complete key tasks o Aptitude to communicate complex findings and conclusions in an easy to understand way Education o Completed Bachelor’s degree required o Degree related to finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, epidemiology, economics or other data related fields preferred Business Overview Bring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
