KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Director, Global Branding to join our Global Clients & Marketing team which is a part of KPMG International.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for setting the strategic direction, activation and protection of the KPMG brand in alignment with the overall KPMG vision, business objectives and marketing strategy
Areas of responsibility include Positioning, Visual Identity/Tone of Voice, Brand Architecture (naming, sub-branding and brand integration for acquisitions)/trademarks, brand management and global brand tracking
Develop and drive forward our brand activation strategy including creating a branded client experience, working with KPMG’s global customer team to ensure our brand positioning is operationalized through our systems, processes, and behaviors
Assist in developing and driving global brand programs that can be activated across KPMG’s member firms
Duties also include sponsorships and global advertising and includes responsibility for the delivery of key corporate programs such as the management of the relationship with World Economic Forum and the annual meeting in Davos
Qualifications:
Minimum fifteen years of senior marketing and/or communications experience with minimum seven years of experience at a senior level
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Ability to work effectively with the leadership in a strategic advisor role is essential
Demonstrable success in developing and implementing complex (and preferably international) brand and measurement programs, managing measurement strategies, stakeholder engagement and outreach programs which promote business leaders and B2B services
Experience developing compelling value propositions for services and campaigns and creating integrated issue based platforms both for promoting relationships and generating revenue
Proven project management skills with the ability to get buy-in and support for projects from diverse and often widespread stakeholders
