Our community based events and outreach programs are designed to be a catalyst to help our charity partners expand their reach and make an even bigger impact in the local area. Our team’s passion and talent are felt at every level of our firm, and to continue providing for our charity partners, we are hiring an Entry Level Event Assistant to join our charity fundraising team immediately.
We focus on cultivating an environment that encourages collaboration, so we encourage, coach, and train every member of our Fundraising Team on the entire event and campaign development process. Our Entry Level Event Assistant works closely with our clients to create new opportunities for growth. From managing compliance, coordinating schedules, and building rapport, the Entry Level Event Assistant does it all.
Event Assistant Responsibilities:
Receiving hands-on, front end training and education of our charitable partners to understand who we represent fully, our mission, and the benefit they provide our community members
Attending daily and weekly events where you will interact with various people of the community and educate them on the organizations we represent
Participating in daily team meetings to discuss company goals and strategize new ways to spread awareness
Following all company compliance guidelines when interacting with potential donors
Interacting with donators in a professional, warm, and friendly manner emphasizing the impact we can make on the youth of our community
Accepting confidential donor information accurately and promptly
Event Assistant Qualifications:
Passionate about making a difference in our local community and eliminating bullying
Enthusiastic about giving back, building new connections, and interacting with all walks of life
Prior background in customer service, community outreach, volunteering, or in events and promotions
Eager to develop a professional career with a company that makes a real impact daily
Strives for excellence and doesn’t settle for the bare minimum
Reliable, natural problem solver, and can think on your feet in a high-energy environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 – $1,000.00 per week
