You will be joining fast-paced teams in developing SaaS applications for our franchise (US and Worldwide) offices and real estate agents to operate their independent real estate businesses.
We’re looking for an innovative, talented team member who has been working as an Enterprise Architect within a Data domain for more than 5 years. You will contribute to our Enterprise Information Management (EIM) platforms that are used everyday within products and to create internal business insights.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create strategic vision for the organization after meeting key stakeholders and assessing the organization’s existing assets, strengths, and opportunities
Collaborate across the organization to identify business and technical needs; support creation of project requirements
Define architecture across data engineering, data lake, business intelligence, and machine learning systems
Create and present detailed diagrams, interface specifications, and component team requirements necessary to deliver solutions
Support business case development including solution benefits and implementation estimates
Support development teams in decomposing architecture into software design
Research alternatives and describe pros and cons for each solution
Champion and build consensus for standards and best practices
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years overall experience in a variety of roles including architecture, development, big data, analytics, and data science
Excellent presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent people skills with the ability to navigate across leadership and senior technical engineers, resolving differences, and creating a united approach
5+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise data architecture
5+ years of experience with software development
Experience with cloud services such as GCP/AWS/Azure
Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from a 4-year college or university in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Python
Experience with MySQL, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
Experience with additional languages such as Java, JavaScript, Bash shell
Experience with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code tooling such as Terraform
GCP experience with GCS, Cloud functions, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, BigQuery
5+ years of experience with data architecture, data modeling, schema design, and/or software development
