What you’ll be doing:
Address all calls from customers to satisfactory hand off to responding operation
Follow a detailed work flow with the following teams:
Dispatch Team
Ops Manager
Account Manager
Outside vendors as required, including Federal & State entities
General Managers as required
Initiate all required documents for an Emergency Response (ER) or customer request, excluding JSA & HASP.
Learn/understand all regulatory compliance requirements
Assist responding operation with support as necessary including sourcing personnel equipment from other locations, equipment, subcontractors and other needs not defined
Initiate waste disposal applications as appropriate
Contact designated EnviroServe account manager to follow through with waste disposal and other customer needs
Understand the needs of the customer and the capability of the potential responding operation with the ability to involve other operations as needed
Gain familiarity with all Operation Manager/designees
Assist Operations Managers/Account Managers/GM’s with Team Member travel requirements utilizing Christopherson Business Travel.
Complete a monthly self-review and discuss with the General Manager
Skills and qualifications:
Able to think quickly to resolve immediate concerns then take lessons learned to train for the future on significant learning events
Sense of urgency an absolute must
Excel, Word, Outlook & computer skills a must
Very detailed oriented
1-3 years of transportation dispatch experienced preferred
Environmental Industry experienced preferred
