Description :
We are looking for a reliable distribution person to deliver eight issues of Delaware Beach Life magazine per year to newsstands and hotels, and to handle additional deliveries, such as restocking, specials event deliveries, etc. Must provide own vehicle, must be tech-savvy, able to keep accurate delivery records, responsive to our vendors’ needs. This is an independent contractor position.
Responsibilities
Load and deliver magazines to newsstands, hotels and other locations throughout coastal Delaware 8 times from March through November. (Delaware Beach Life publishes 8 issues per year.)
Restock newsstands as needed.
Deliver magazines to various special events throughout the year.
Keep accurate records of deliveries.
Seek out additional newsstands while making deliveries.
Skills
Clean driving record
Comfortable dealing with numbers, spreadsheets, delivery tickets, etc.
Friendly “people person” skills
Proficiency in English
High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
Quick learner
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 per hour
