The overnight supervisor will work approximately 4-5 days depending on needs and requires a mandatory Saturday or Sunday during the week.
Responsibilities:
Direct supervision of a team of
Sizemore associates.
Conduct performance appraisals and
address deficiencies identified.
Assists assigned sites with manpower
issues to ensure that customer headcounts are kept at appropriate levels.
Interface with clients to ensure
customer satisfaction and resolve problems, escalating internally as needed.
Order any PPE, uniforms, and other
equipment necessary for employees to perform necessary functions and/or to meet
contract specifics.
Ensure employees meet all training
requirements in compliance with Sizemore policy, customer policy, and state and
local laws (if applicable).
Conduct on-site inspections of
personnel and safety audits.
Drives a culture of constant
improvement, identifying and implementing changes to increase productivity and
efficiency of service.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Majority of work will be performed in a climatically controlled building in a 24-hr. operational facility.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Previous experience of 2 – 4 years at least in janitorial management is preferred
