Job Summary (Purpose):
Responsible for customer master data integrity and reporting support for National Accounts. This position ensures all National Account customers are being delivered, priced, billed and reported in line with the contractual obligations spelled out in each customer’s service agreement.
Key Characteristics:
Detail oriented and effective in creating accurate reports and validating data. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Highly responsive and motivated with involvement in many aspects of the National Account business.
Strong investigation and communication skills to present results to different levels of management.
Experience in creating and maintaining management, operating or financial reports
Duties and Responsibilities:
Master Data and Customer Contracts – Complete data quality tasks to ensure there is consistency through all respective customer data for correct delivery, pricing and billing requirements.
Drive data quality and accurate billing by making decisions to address all issues immediately and keeping all parties involved informed.
Audit and Monitoring Reports – Create and validate reports to monitor master data changes. Provide insight to decision-makers on report data, including key metrics, pricing, financial information and operating statistics.
Tracking Reports – Develop and maintain necessary reports to identify trends and track key account elements.
Develop, implement, and maintain processes for National Accounts.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1-3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Business related field required.
Excellent in communicating in both written and verbal forms to management
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Position has a large amount of reporting and analysis on a wide variety of issues resulting in a continuous flow of questions and exchange of information and follow up.
High level of skill in MS Office, specifically MS Excel, is required.
Education and Experience Required:
BS in Finance, Accounting or Business related field required
1 -3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting or related field
