We are seeking a Selling Customer Service Representative for our insurance office located in Wilmington, DE. If you are positive, energetic and outgoing, please consider applying to our open position, even if you do not have insurance experience. We are willing to train the right candidate.
The Selling CSR will be responsible for the following:
Receiving incoming calls from policyholders and potential customers
Making policy changes as needed
Selling and writing auto, homeowners and rental insurance policies.
We are looking for candidates who have customer service experience in any industry. Must be willing to make outgoing calls. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task are two critically important qualities we are looking for.
