Hello, we are TEKON, a Samsung Authorized Service Center located in Wilmington, DE., providing In-Warranty and Out-of-Warranty services to Samsung customers for home appliances.
Currently, we are looking for CSR’s who will be in charge of customer service for scheduling appointments and customer care.
Wilmington, DE
At least 18 years old
Must be punctual and able to professionally communicate with customers
Starting from $15/hr
Make and answer calls to and from customers for service appointments
Make smooth service routes for each technician
