The Manager of Anesthesia Services will be joining a hospital that houses close to 350 licensed beds serving the regional population through advanced medical technology, progressive treatment options, state-of-the-art equipment, and extensive consumer health education programs. The Manager of Anesthesia Services will be responsible for allocating resources to prompt efficient, safe and high quality healthcare based on the professional standards and scopes of nursing practice.
The Manager of Anesthesia Services will support the Director of Perioperative services within the Surgical Services Department. The anesthesia manager evaluates performance, maintains quality improvement and coordinates with other hospital departments to provide maximum level of service to patients. Supervises all CRNAs and other professional staff.
Requirements include:
Masters degree
Active BLS, and Delaware RN and Advanced Nurse Practitioner license.
Completion of an anesthesia program which meets the standards of the Council in Accreditation of the Educational Programs of Nurse Anesthetists.
