Position : Corporate Campus Manager – Janitorial

The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in full-service janitorial work
Supervisory experience of 5-25 employees.
Duties to include (but not limited to):
Orientation of all new employees.
Performance and compensation evaluations.
Providing up-to-date and accurate documentation on employees for praise and discipline.
Compliance with and implement all phases of company uniform policies and procedures for all employees.
Effective use of labor and its distribution to achieve positive results working within the parameters of a labor budget.
Recording and submitting weekly payroll figures.
Recording and submitting all daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Effective supply distribution, usage, inventory, and proper requisitioning techniques.
Building inspections.
Maintenance of light personnel files.
Other duties as assigned.
Candidate must be dependable, drug free and possess no criminal record.
Paid weekly, plus vacation.

Pay: $38,601.74 – $74,837.27 per year
