While we sit within the larger Sales and CS Strategy organization, the CSI Content team operates closely with Marketing partners to create world-class, client-centric narratives and scales them across 28 languages. The team consists of a diverse group of individuals with expertise in client-facing relationships, content operations, data, localization, graphic design, learning & development, and much more.
As a CSI Content Specialist within the Content Operations branch, you will help us scale our global content inventory to effectively support Sales and Client Success conversations across all phases of the customer journey. In this role, you will become an expert in Indeed’s messaging, our storyboard framework, brand guidelines, and content operations. You will be a resource for the team in distributing content through our content management system and ensuring narratives stay relevant to Sales and CS conversations. You will be responsible for overseeing several large, global projects. This high-visibility role requires a self-motivated individual with proven creative and problem-solving capabilities. You are a forward thinker, aligned to business goals, and actively seek strategic innovations for our content and processes. This role reports to the Team Lead of Content and Programs.
Craft client-centric, data-driven narratives
Lead content automation efforts using SQL, advanced Excel skills, and Seismic (CMS) to scale narratives across the globe
Manage several content development projects end-to-end including triaging localization, distributing content, and measuring impact while leveraging analytics
Craft compelling data-driven, client-centric narratives in the form of PPT presentations, reporting templates, talk tracks, infographics, and other multimedia assets.
Drive innovations to win revenue
Leverage Tableau reporting to regularly review content health and collect feedback from the field to identify content opportunities and propose new solutions
Scope incoming requests and determine the most scalable solutions to help meet both local and global needs
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Training, Strategy, and Client-Facing teams
Build trusting relationships with your peers and work effectively across remote and global teams.
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills and an open, collaborative attitude to ensure success when you engage with partners from across the company.
Who You Are
What you’ll need:
2+ years experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
SQL and strong data visualization skills
Strong understanding of crafting data-driven narratives
Nice to have:
Has worked in Seismic or other content management tools (CMS)
Experience with content operations and maintaining a global content repository
Experience with graphic design or Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working with different sales verticals, industries, and multiple markets
Knowledge of customer journey mapping tools and methodologies
Project Management Certification

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

US Remote 59,000 – 84,000 USD per year
