Description :
The Clinical Therapy Specialist will be both an educator and a trainer of hemodialysis machine equipment within specific geographical areas. Key responsibilities will include presentation of training materials, hands on training and on-site support to direct clinical care members for installation of dialysis machines to dialysis facilities. The role will include sharing best practices that support installation and operation of dialysis machine equipment.

Current RN license in state of practice required
Minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) of dialysis experience required
Experience in dialysis equipment functions with current or recent direct patient care experience
* Flexibility in scheduling and ability to travel. Will be covering clinics in various geographical areas with up to 75% travel. Experience with travel preferred
Experience in teaching the adult learner strongly preferred with demonstrated ability to communicate technical/medical information in lay terms as necessary
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
