Position : Claims Operations Analyst
Description :
Coordinates with IT, Product Development, and Program Analytics regarding Claims department needs and opportunities. Identifies system enhancements to improve customer experience, efficiency, and compliance. Coordinates project development, rollout, and training on system or process changes. Develops reporting and data analytics for Claims performance.
Maintains job aids and training documents for claim handling and claim operational workflow. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in insurance claims or appropriate transferable concurrent experience in a related field. Background in computer science, learning and development, claims operations, and/or project management preferred. Remote Worker will be considered.
