iColor Phone Repair is looking to hire a lead technician / manager for our newest location in the Wilmington, Delaware area (Concord Pike). We are expanding our footprint to with additional brick-and-mortar locations and we are looking for talented technicians who want to join our team. Job requirements include:- Minimum of 5 years experience in the repair industry.- Experience with basic screen repairs for iPhone, iPad, Samsung, Pixel + other major electronic manufacturers.- Experience repairing charge ports, batteries, cameras, and other basic small parts.- Ability to repair iPhone back glass is preferred (we will train if no experience).- Knowledge to diagnose and repair game consoles such as Xbox, Playstation and Switch is preferred but not required. This includes repairs such as HDMI port repairs, disk drive repairs, hard drive repairs, charge port repairs (switch), motherboard chip replacements, etc.- Sales experience and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.Micro Soldering is not a requirement of this job but always welcome. Soldering experience will allow you to make additional commission bonuses.
