Description :
The Marketing Delivery Analyst role will be part of the Marketing Execution Validation team within Performance Marketing. The Marketing Execution Validation team focuses on quality for both customer facing and non-customer facing materials relating to Chase credit cards, the Auto line of business and Consumer and Business Retail banking. In this role, you will be responsible for performing validations to ensure marketing creative copy (print/digital media) accurately reflects the offer builds and/or marketing requirements prior to their release to market. Continuously providing high quality standards with an eye for detail to ensure our customers, both internal and external, receive the most accurate information possible. In this fast paced, dynamic environment you will have the opportunity to partner with many stakeholders across card and the lines of business, as well as other execution teams.
As a Marketing Delivery Analyst you will be responsible for:

Learning and following different process and procedures to perform validations
Validating a variety of marketing materials prior to release into the Marketplace
Partnering with different groups to identify new validation types, aid in the development of associated business requirements and the creation of process and procedures
Facilitating dialogue with respective stakeholders for any work that does not meet the standards established by Card Services Compliance, Marketing Execution and Marketing.
Participating and leading in the training needed to execute validations for any new regulation, new partner or product launches
Adapting to system enhancements and procedural changes required to conduct validations
Demonstrating strong time management skills and the ability to meet aggressive timelines
Operating comfortably in a multi-task/multi-priority environment
Identifying process simplification opportunities

Required skills/experience

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative
Must have excellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate effectively on both a technical and business level
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across the organization and in a team environment to develop and maintain positive relationships
Outstanding problem solving skills and ability to apply appropriate tools and level of analysis to all situations
Execute well under pressure and excellent attention to detail
Adaptable and reliable
Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are a plus
